Short on time for exercising and want to burn some fat? Try this 10 minute workout that'll burn more fat than an hour of moderate exercise.
4 minutes of interval training. Do 30 seconds of high energy cardio workout. It doesn't matter what - swimming, jogging, a stationary bike,running up the stairs. You can even just run on the spot for 30 seconds! Go flat out, and then take it easy (but don't just stop!) for 30 seconds.
3 minutes of resistance training. Again, this can be almost anything. Lift some weights. Do some pushups against the edge of the desk. Some squats. Mix it up a little to work different muscle groups.
2 minutes focussing on core strength. Sit on the end of a chair and sit up straight, with good posture. Now contract your stomach muscles and hold them as long as you can. Relax, then repeat.
1 minute stretching and deep breathing. Touch your toes, stretch the arms. You know the drill.
